Virtual Doula Support has been a part of my services for many years. Now more than ever, being able to offer my clients support virtually is critical. Below is a list of potential virtual services. All virtual services can be customized exclusively for you. Support during your birth and postpartum experience, now more than ever, is crucial. Virtual Doula Packages:

Ulitmate Virtual - $750
- Three (3) Prenatal Classes:
  - Prenatal 1 - Preparing for Your Birth.
  - Prenatal 2 - Preparing for Your Postpartum Experience & Newborn Care.
  - Prenatal 3 - Newborn feeding support.
- Virtual Birth Support, up to three (3) hours (*limited in-person support available).
- Virtual Postpartum Follow up, up to one (1) hour (*limited in-person support available).
- Unlimited access via text, email, or call (video and/or phone). This access ends four (4) weeks after your birth.

Premium Virtual - $550
- Choose Two (2) Prenatal classes -
  - Prenatal 1 - Preparing for Your Birth;
  - Prenatal 2 - Preparing for Your Postpartum Experience & Newborn Care; OR
  - Prenatal 3 - Newborn feeding support.
- Virtual Birth Support, up to one (1) hour.
- Postpartum Follow up, up to one (1) hour.
- Unlimited access via text, email or call (video and/or phone), however, this access ends after three (3) weeks from the date of the last prenatal meeting.

Basic Virtual - $350
- One (1) Prenatal Class:
  - Choose one prenatal class: Prenatal 1, Prenatal 2, or Prenatal 3.
- Choose between (limited) Virtual Support, either for birth or postpartum.
- Unlimited access via text, email or call (video and/or phone), however, this access ends after three (3) weeks from the date of the last prenatal meeting.

Description of Prenatal Classes:

Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are sacred times in one's life. Surrounding yourself with love and support is important. Taking time and investing in educating yourself will empower you and shape your experience. Our prenatal classes are a time for us to connect and dive deeper into your birth, pregnancy, and postpartum goals.

Prenatal 1 - Preparing for Your Birth

Preparing for your birth, no matter where you are in your journey is empowering. Topics we will cover include stages of pregnancy, preparing for labor, signs of labor, comfort measures, in-depth discussion of preparing a birth plan, pain management, indications methods, potential medications (if giving birth in a hospital), fears, and more. I support and education for both homebirths and hospital births.

Prenatal 2 - Preparing for Your Postpartum Experience & Newborn Care

Preparing for your postpartum experience is an important part of your birth. This is a time for healing, a time for support. Topics we will cover include: postpartum care, creating your postpartum plan, creating your postpartum space, integrating support, postpartum nutrition, potential mood disorders, newborn sleeping patterns, feeding your newborn (basic), caring for your newborn, and more.

Prenatal 3 - Newborn feeding support

For our third prenatal we will dive into feeding your newborn. Topics we will cover include how to breast/chestfeed, how to use your pumps (manual & electric), how to bottle feed, and more. Formula feeding is also covered should you choose not to breast/chestfeed. Regardless of how you chose to feed your newborn, I am here to support and educate.

*All prenatal classes are approximately 1.5 hours to 2 hours.
